I began working with Valerie to stop feeling overwhelmed and stretched beyond my limits during a year of pandemic teaching. As a former educator, Valerie understood the demands of the job and how they can affect our health. We examined all aspects of wellness, from physical activity to sleep to spiritual health, and with her help I identified areas to focus on. During the weeks we worked together, I began making small adjustments, which then added up to big changes. Thanks to this work, my feelings of being overwhelmed or scattered are significantly more manageable. An unexpected but very welcome bonus is that I now know the steps to making and sustaining positive change in my life. Valerie is a patient, helpful coach and always has suggestions to help in every situation. I would recommend her services to anyone, especially teachers or other educators.
