ABOUT
Hello Beautiful Soul,
I am Valerie Merritt, a Wellness Coach, Sound Healer, Forest Therapy Guide, and yoga teacher focusing primarily on Kundalini Fusion with offerings in Yin and Yoga Nidra as well as the art of Meditation.
After years of living with an overactive mind and scattered energy, coming to terms with a slow erosion of self and learning how to reclaim as well as claim anew a sense of purpose within different sectors of life, I experienced what I would now call wild divine intervention through transformative life experiences as well as supportive modalities of sonic healing, yogic practices, and coaching that gradually released me from anything that wasn’t supporting my authentic essence. I began to see myself and others with more clarity, understand my role in connecting to ancestral patterns for deep healing in the familial line, and make space for gratitude to flow freely in my life regardless of the scenarios at play. I would be so honored to share these pathways of wellness with you!

I host restorative sessions in sound, wellness coaching, moon movement rituals, yogic offerings, and other opportunities for exploring our wondrous world in the way of the beauty path — with mindfulness and meditative intentionality to release stress and activate joy. Sessions are primarily held virtually with opportunities to connect in person 1-2-1 and in groups. Together we create a clear path in optimal living through relating personally and interpersonally with heart at the wheel as you learn to bridge the shadow and light in your life.
